We at Abdulrahman Othman Mohammed Al-Othman Company and Partner are looking for an experienced maintenance supervisor to join our team. The main responsibilities of the person include preparing a work plan and program, following up on the procedures for determining the type and nature of maintenance, and distributing tasks among the team.

Main Tasks:

Follow up on procedures for determining the type and nature of maintenance and estimating the quantity and cost of required materials.
Distribute tasks and responsibilities among maintenance team members according to their capabilities and skills.
Assess the training needs of maintenance teams and develop their skills.
Prepare preventive maintenance programs and monitor their implementation procedures.
Classify, organize, document, and save results and work reports.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering Technology
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
