Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across digital and traditional channels.
- Lead the implementation of crucial digital marketing initiatives, aligning with global and regional strategic goals.
- Manage the organization's presence on various social media platforms to maximize online exposure and engagement.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Communications team to create compelling digital campaigns and content that enhance customer experience and brand interaction.
- Oversee website content management and optimization to improve user experience and conversion rates.
- Work closely with Revenue and Distribution departments to ensure seamless product and service delivery that maximizes customer engagement and conversion.
- Analyze marketing performance metrics and prepare reports to inform data-driven decision-making.
- Stay abreast of digital marketing trends and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
- Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring optimal resource allocation and ROI.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing roles, with a proven track record of successful campaign management.
- Extensive knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in using data to drive marketing decisions and demonstrate ROI.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and content management systems.
- Excellent understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic marketing plans.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Experience in brand management and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
