Key Responsibilities:
- Develop Marketing Strategies: Create comprehensive marketing plans covering both traditional and digital marketing, identify target audiences, analyze their needs and behaviors, and monitor market trends.
- Digital Marketing: Manage restaurant accounts on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok), create engaging content, manage paid advertising campaigns, and improve our online visibility through SEO.
- Traditional Marketing: Plan and supervise traditional advertising campaigns, organize promotional events, and collaborate with local media to enhance restaurant presence.
- Customer Relationship Management: Develop customer loyalty strategies, respond to customer feedback on digital platforms, and analyze customer opinions to enhance service.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance using analytics tools, prepare periodic reports, and make recommendations for improvement.
- Collaboration with Team: Work with the restaurant team to ensure effective implementation of marketing campaigns and coordinate with chefs and operations managers for innovative promotions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in digital or general marketing, with 2 years in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
- Digital Skills: Proficient in social media platforms and digital marketing tools, understand SEO and data analytics.
- Creativity: Ability to generate appealing and unique marketing ideas.
- Communication Skills: Effective communication with both team members and customers.
- Ability to Work Under Pressure: Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
