Job Overview
As the Project Management Office Director at Alfalak Electronic Equipment & Supplies Co., you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of internal projects aligned with the organization’s strategic objectives. You will develop a common project implementation framework, oversee cost estimations, and manage stakeholder relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop an internal project implementation framework and monitor all internal strategic project objectives.
  • Oversee PMO guidelines concerning cost, scheduling, and project management areas.
  • Collaborate with internal project owners to define project scope and objectives.
  • Ensure project alignment with timelines, quality standards, and budgets.
  • Conduct performance analyses and recommend corrective actions for project deviations.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Create and maintain benchmarking studies, cost estimation baselines, and compliance with budgets.
  • Guide the Vision Realization Office strategy to align with Saudi Vision 2030.
  • Develop project feasibility studies and roadmaps for strategic initiatives.
  • Lead talent development initiatives and manage department objectives effectively.
  • Prepare timely reports that meet organizational standards and requirements.
