Key Responsibilities:
  • Integration Management: Create project management plans, adapt strategies to changes, and lead project reviews.
  • Scope Management: Oversee the project scope, analyze requirements, and allocate tasks.
  • Time Management: Ensure timely delivery by monitoring project schedules and milestones.
  • Cost Management: Manage the project's profitability, monitor costs, and develop forecasts and recovery plans.
  • EHS and Quality Management: Ensure compliance with EHS and quality standards among teams and subcontractors.
  • HR Management: Assemble and optimize project team allocations.
  • Communication Management: Facilitate communication between units and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Risk and Opportunity Management: Identify risks, conduct mitigation sessions, and manage opportunities.
  • Contract and Suppliers Management: Handle contract management and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Power Engineering.
  • Proficiency in English and Arabic.
  • Minimum 4 years of project management experience in related fields.
  • Registered with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE).
  • Experience with key Saudi clients and familiarity with high voltage substations.
