We are seeking a dedicated Procurement Specialist to be part of the fast-paced Global Procurement Organization (GPO) team, specifically servicing Amazon Stores Operations. As a member of the EMEA Site Procurement Operations Team, you will have the unique opportunity to lead and deliver strategic procurement projects that enhance our internal business partners' effectiveness across various levels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Performance Delivery: Achieve key SPO performance indicators including savings, compliance, and sustainability metrics.
  • Sourcing and Project Management: Manage the full procurement process from needs detection to supplier sourcing.
  • Internal Partnership: Act as a liaison for procurement among various site operations and build strong business relationships.
  • Systems and Tools: Utilize and improve procurement-related software and reporting tools.
  • Supplier Management: Manage supplier performance and ensure compliance with contractual agreements.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, or relevant experience.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Proficient in English and Arabic.
  • Experience in a global, matrixed organization preferred.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Coupa.
