About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated Procurement Logistics Specialist for a full-time, on-site role in Jeddah, with responsibilities extending to Makkah. This role is vital in managing procurement activities that support our catering operations and ensuring excellent supplier relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage purchase orders and conduct supplier evaluations.
  • Negotiate contracts to secure favorable terms for the company.
  • Ensure timely procurement of required items.
  • Maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
  • Utilize analytical skills to optimize procurement processes.

Qualifications:
  • Experience in the catering or food service industry is a must.
  • Proficiency in managing purchase orders and procurement activities.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred.
  • Strong negotiation skills with vendors and suppliers.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
