Key Responsibilities:- Source reliable suppliers and vendors, maintaining strong relationships.
- Manage the procurement process, including RFPs, bids, and vendor evaluations.
- Negotiate advantageous terms with suppliers.
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Review and analyze purchase orders and collaborate with internal departments to assess needs.
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain optimal stock.
- Prepare and analyze market condition reports.
Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in procurement or supply chain roles.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Proficient in procurement software and ERP systems.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
