Job Summary:
The Quality Controller will be responsible for ensuring that all food, beverage, and service operations meet the company's quality and hygiene standards. This role involves inspecting production, storage, and service areas, monitoring food safety procedures, and ensuring compliance with local health regulations and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor daily food preparation and service for compliance with company quality standards.
  • Conduct routine inspections of kitchens, storage rooms, and dining areas.
  • Check raw materials and finished products for freshness and quality.
  • Ensure compliance with food handling, sanitation, and safety protocols.
  • Identify non-conformities, suggest corrective actions, and follow up.
  • Collaborate with culinary teams to maintain standards across branches.
  • Maintain inspection reports and provide quality performance updates.
  • Support training on food safety and quality assurance.
  • Prepare for audits and internal quality assessments.

Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Food Science, Quality Management, or related fields.
  • 3–5 years of quality control or food safety experience in the F&B sector.
  • Experience in KSA or the Gulf region is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and observational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of HACCP, ISO 22000, or equivalent systems.
  • Understanding of Saudi food safety regulations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with digital inspection systems is a plus.
  • Good command of English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
