Join Otis Elevator Co. as a Quality Specialist - Trainee!

At Otis, the world's leading elevator and escalator manufacturing company, we provide exceptional services that move people every day. With a legacy of innovation and safety, we are looking for a dedicated Quality Specialist to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Develop, apply, and maintain quality evaluation and control systems for major projects.
  • Act as the primary quality assurance resource, driving problem identification and resolution.
  • Review and approve quality requirements ensuring contract compliance.
  • Design and implement testing methods and process improvements.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions.
  • Participate in internal and external quality audits, and update safety policies as necessary.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in engineering operations.
  • Fluent in English, with Arabic being preferred.
  • Professional certifications such as Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) are preferred.
