We are looking for a dedicated Site Quality and Regulatory Specialist to join our team in Jubail, Saudi Arabia. This role is pivotal in ensuring our operations meet high-quality standards through effective management and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure plant operating procedures comply with ISO 9001 and Water business quality regulations.
  • Establish and manage the plant Quality Management System (QMS) audit program.
  • Coordinate and host external audits for ISO certifications and manage customer complaints effectively.
  • Participate in plant project reviews to assess impact on product quality.
  • Support qualification projects by reviewing risks and submitting Management of Change (MOC) as necessary.
  • Coach the Operations Team in utilizing quality tools to improve product yield.
  • Provide quality training and reports to site leadership.
  • Maintain compliance with NSF/KIWA/Halal certifications and documentation.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of quality experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • 3 years of supervisory experience preferred.
  • Experience with Saudi regulatory requirements and ISO standards is highly desired.
  • ISO 9001 Lead Auditor Certificate is an advantage.

Role Purpose
The Quality Assurance Supervisor ensures that all school operational processes meet the highest standards in line with external and internal school frameworks. The role leads internal audits, monitors KPIs, supports accreditation evidence collection, and ensures consistency and accountability across all departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and implement the school’s full QA cycle, including internal audits for academic and administrative compliance.
  • Monitor school-wide KPIs and quality indicators, providing timely reports and data insights to senior leadership.
  • Oversee policy and SOP compliance, ensuring all departments follow established procedures and documentation requirements.
  • Maintain and organize all evidence for accreditation, including artefacts, dashboards, and survey analysis.
  • Track teacher performance, professional development evidence, and PD file completion.
  • Support academic heads in maintaining high standards in teaching, learning, assessment, and digital documentation.
  • Provide quality reports, identify gaps, propose solutions, and follow through to ensure full implementation.
  • Support strategic initiatives related to school improvement, accreditation, and curriculum enhancement.

Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in education or quality assurance, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in school quality assurance, inspection, accreditation.
  • Strong understanding of international accreditation standards.
  • Proven ability to conduct formal audits.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and reporting skills.
  • Strong command of digital tools.
