Main Responsibilities:- Monitoring the application of quality procedures and policies.
- Reviewing and updating operational procedures to improve efficiency and reduce errors.
- Conducting field visits to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Identifying operational issues and proposing and implementing appropriate solutions.
- Managing and implementing continuous improvement plans and development projects.
- Handling complaints and feedback to ensure customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications:- A diploma or bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in quality or process improvement.
- Knowledge of quality standards and systems (such as ISO 9001) is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in the field.
Working Conditions:This is a full-time position with the possibility of working on a shift basis.
