We at CleanLife are looking for a Quality Specialist to contribute to improving operational efficiency and achieving the highest quality standards.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Monitoring the application of quality procedures and policies.
  • Reviewing and updating operational procedures to improve efficiency and reduce errors.
  • Conducting field visits to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Identifying operational issues and proposing and implementing appropriate solutions.
  • Managing and implementing continuous improvement plans and development projects.
  • Handling complaints and feedback to ensure customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications:
  • A diploma or bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in quality or process improvement.
  • Knowledge of quality standards and systems (such as ISO 9001) is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in the field.

Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position with the possibility of working on a shift basis.

  • Ability to work flexible hours when required.
  • Fluency in Arabic (English preferred).
