Join Our Team as a QA Specialist I!
We are looking for a proactive QA Specialist I to work directly with aviation operating entities, ensuring that inspections, process control analyses, and internal audits are conducted in accordance with the Business System Manual (BSM).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and establish a program for document control, data management, and records maintenance practices following AS9110/AS9120/ISO 21001 standards.
  • Ensure compliance with the Aviation Performance Work Statement (PWS) and Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL).
  • Prepare quantitative data for use by stakeholders.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of aviation-related work experience.
  • Experience in quality assurance, aviation maintenance operations management, or aviation logistics.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong communication skills in English and excellent customer relationship skills.
  • Formal training in AS91002016 Lead Auditor, AS9110 Lead Auditor, AS9120 Lead Auditor or Lean Six Sigma Green Belt is preferred.
Requirements:
  • Successful completion of all mandatory medical examinations.
  • A clean criminal record is necessary for Saudi Work Visa eligibility.
  • Passing a drug test and adherence to random drug and alcohol testing policies is required.
  • Compliance with Saudi Labor Law throughout employment.
