Job Title: Quality Officer

Shalfa Global Trading and Contracting Company is looking for a distinguished Quality Specialist to join its team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing quality management guides and models, applying quality standards and specifications, studying customer satisfaction levels regarding service quality, and developing quality audit systems and procedures.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Study, analyze, prepare, and design quality management guides and models.
  • Define and develop specifications, standards, and indicators for various processes and outputs.
  • Contribute to the development of required quality standards and specifications.
  • Prepare and develop a questionnaire to measure customer satisfaction levels regarding service quality.
  • Develop quality audit systems, procedures, and models.
  • Prepare quality-related documents and reports and provide appropriate recommendations.

Required Qualifications: Diploma one year after secondary school in Quality Management.

Preferred Certifications and Licenses: General industry safety and health OSHA certification, and quality management system.

Required Skills: Design, quality assurance, quality auditing, research, report preparation/monitoring, measuring customer opinions, consulting, evaluating service quality, documentation, and assessing quality standards.
