In this vital role, you'll ensure the highest standards of customer satisfaction by monitoring and evaluating customer interactions. Your insights will help improve the customer experience team’s performance.

Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and evaluate customer interactions to ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Provide feedback and coaching to the customer experience team to enhance performance.
  • Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in the customer experience.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • COPC and HPMT (High Performance Management Techniques) certificates preferred.
  • TOT (Training of Trainers) certificate.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Experience in customer service or call center operations.
  • Knowledge of quality assurance principles and practices.
