At WSP, we prioritize a friendly and inclusive workplace, and we are looking for a professional receptionist in our Jeddah office to enhance our team. You will represent WSP in a welcoming manner, greeting clients and directing them to their appropriate contact.

Responsibilities:
  • Welcome clients and visitors professionally.
  • Handle all incoming calls and inquiries.
  • Address employee requests regarding office supplies and equipment.
  • Conduct office tours for new joiners, including safety inductions.
  • Maintain the reception mailbox and organize daily deliveries.
  • Manage employee attendance and assist in monthly HSE inspections.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years relevant experience.
  • Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
