About the Role:
The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for our members, ensuring a warm welcome and exceptional service to enhance their fitness journey. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Greet and assist members and guests with their inquiries.
  • Manage front desk operations efficiently.
  • Handle registration and membership processes.
  • Provide information about our services and facilities.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Proactive, with strong problem-solving skills and an ability to work well under pressure.
