Role Description:
This full-time, on-site role is for a Medical Receptionist located in Jeddah. The Medical Receptionist will be responsible for:

• Greeting patients and ensuring a warm welcome.
• Scheduling appointments efficiently.
• Managing phone calls with professionalism.
• Performing general receptionist duties.

Additionally, familiarity with medical terminology and the operations of a medical office is required.

Qualifications:

• Appointment Scheduling and Phone Etiquette skills.
• Experience with Receptionist Duties.
• Familiarity with Medical Terminology.
• Knowledge of Medical Office operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus.
