Key Responsibilities:- Monitor and control kitchen inventory levels for food, beverages, and non-food items.
- Receive and inspect deliveries for quality and compliance with orders.
- Ensure proper storage of items according to FIFO, FEFO, and safety standards.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock counts.
- Identify slow-moving and expired items and report accordingly.
- Coordinate with teams to manage costs and minimize waste.
- Prepare regular inventory reports for management.
Qualifications:- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in inventory or store control in kitchens.
- Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and food handling standards.
- Familiarity with inventory systems and MS Excel.
- Good organizational and analytical skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
