About the Role:
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Abbott in Jeddah, you will play a crucial role in partnering with hiring teams and Business HR, leading recruitment activities across various divisions including Sales, Marketing, Finance, and more. Your mission will be to drive full-cycle recruiting efforts, ensuring high-quality standards in hiring practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Independently manage full-cycle recruiting from requirement definition to offer negotiation.
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies through multiple channels including the Abbott careers page and social media.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to drive Saudization strategies.
  • Enhance the Early Career program for future potential roles.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 3+ years in agency or in-house Talent Acquisition, with full-cycle recruitment experience.
Critical Capabilities:
  • Strategy development and execution.
