Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve sales, profitability, and collection targets.
  • Expand the customer base with quality customers.
  • Demonstrate products on-site to meet customer needs.
  • Proactively identify upcoming projects.
  • Ensure satisfactory levels of after-sales service.
  • Maintain adherence to budgeted stock levels.
Collection Responsibilities:
  • Communicate payment terms clearly to customers.
  • Assist in sales documentation completeness.
Sales Administration:
  • Train and support sales staff to meet their targets.
  • Coordinate product requirements with logistics.
  • Ensure timely delivery of goods and completion of monthly reports.
Qualifications:
  • BA/BBA in Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
  • 35 years of experience in façade or double glass manufacturing sales.
  • Fluency in Arabic (native) and English (intermediate to advanced).
Skills Required:
  • Self-motivated with strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and engage in negotiations.
  • Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.
