Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales, profitability, and collection targets.
- Expand the customer base with quality customers.
- Demonstrate products on-site to meet customer needs.
- Proactively identify upcoming projects.
- Ensure satisfactory levels of after-sales service.
- Maintain adherence to budgeted stock levels.
- Communicate payment terms clearly to customers.
- Assist in sales documentation completeness.
- Train and support sales staff to meet their targets.
- Coordinate product requirements with logistics.
- Ensure timely delivery of goods and completion of monthly reports.
- BA/BBA in Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
- 35 years of experience in façade or double glass manufacturing sales.
- Fluency in Arabic (native) and English (intermediate to advanced).
- Self-motivated with strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and engage in negotiations.
- Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.
