Join Our Team as a Sales Manager!
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager for one of our clients based in Jeddah, KSA. This role is critical to drive success in warehousing sales, 3PL, and contract logistics.

Job Purpose:
The Sales Manager will be responsible for extensive sales within the freight forwarding industry, with a focus on selling warehousing space.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for Product Sales, Marketing, and Business Development in Warehousing sales, 3PL, and Contract logistics.
  • Achieve Sales, Revenue, and Volume targets assigned.
  • Manage a diverse customer base.
  • Lead the sales team and ensure strategic market coverage.
  • Maintain data accuracy in CRM and implement monitoring mechanisms for sales review.
  • Conduct weekly sales meetings and participate in client meetings.
  • Prepare presentations on performance against budgets.
  • Coordinate with network agents for competitive rates.
  • Compile and monitor approved company sales budgets and marketing plans.
  • Report on performance variance weekly.
  • Expand customer base and create new opportunities.
  • Perform credit evaluations and ensure collections.
  • Drive tele-marketing and promote business with existing customers.
  • Ensure a minimum of 3 meetings each day and convert at least 1 customer each month.
  • Manage service contracts with large clients.

  • Self-motivated with strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and engage in negotiations.
  • Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.
