• Analyzing local market trends and developing new business leads.
• Maximizing all revenue opportunities and contributing to the hotel's selling strategy.
• Understanding competitive market dynamics and implementing effective strategies.
• Negotiating room rates/packages with corporate clients.
• Developing the Sales Team to create a culture of high quality and proactive selling.
• Implementing creative local marketing channels, including social media.
• Communicating across all hotel departments as necessary.
• Attending sales events as required and reporting on business leads.
