Role Overview
We are seeking two Sales Representatives for Green Building Solutions—one for Riyadh and one for Jeddah. This is a full-time, on-site role in Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities
- Target and visit engineering companies, consultants, designers, and contractors while making appointments with them.
- Identify and target potential clients in the commercial and residential sectors interested in implementing building cladding and finishes.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, providing exceptional customer service and ongoing support throughout the sales process.
- Conduct careful research on potential customers to understand their needs.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Introduce and review green building solutions products to customers, highlighting features and benefits.
- Prepare and present persuasive sales presentations and contracts.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies.
- Achieve and exceed established sales goals.
- Stay updated with sector trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities and forecasts.
Qualifications
- Previous sales experience in construction and building materials.
- Expertise in customer service.
- 23 years of experience in a related field.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Readiness to travel to meetings and events.
- A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
