Your Responsibilities:

• Take leads (ours or yours), follow up, and turn them into signed deals.
• Professionally handle property viewings, negotiations, and buyer inquiries.
• Sell units from our exclusive inventory or from your own sources.
• Collaborate with owners and developers to ensure the right matches for buyers.
• Push deals through to ensure contracts are signed and closed.

This role is strictly about sales; you won't be sitting on listings but actively hunting, presenting, and ultimately closing deals. If you can generate momentum, communicate confidently, and sustain deals until they close, we want to hear from you!
