We are looking for a dedicated and organized Administrative Secretary to join our non-profit organization in Jeddah. As an integral part of our team, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage schedules and organize meetings and events.
  • Prepare reports, official correspondence, and meeting minutes.
  • Organize files and maintain both electronic and physical records.
  • Monitor emails and respond to inquiries.
  • Coordinate communication between departments and external partners.
  • Track performance indicators and quality, documenting administrative procedures.

Skills and Requirements:
  • Practical experience in administrative tasks.
  • Proficiency in computer systems and office programs.
  • Full-time availability.
  • Strong command of Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience in coordination, organization, and quality management.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work within a team.
  • Previous experience in the non-profit sector is preferred.

This position is available only for Saudi females. We offer a salary based on experience and qualifications, annual leave, and medical insurance.
