Diversey, a leader in providing cleaning, hygiene and infection prevention solutions, is seeking a passionate Technical Sales Representative to manage and grow FSR accounts while targeting new clients in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee inspections, servicing, and reporting on all FS contracted outlets.
- Provide product training to operators and supervisors as necessary.
- Manage budgets related to servicing and repairs and maintain detailed reports.
- Utilize data management software to track machine status and create comprehensive reports for clients and internal use.
- Develop and manage the sales leads funnel in Oracle CRM.
- Perform technical presentations and demonstrate the competitive advantages of our products and services to meet client needs.
- Foster and enhance customer business relationships.
Required Skills:
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluent in English with demonstrated sales skills and consultative selling techniques.
