Key Responsibilities:

• Greeting and Seating Guests: Warmly welcoming customers and assisting them with seating while providing menus.
• Taking and Serving Orders: Accurately taking orders and delivering food and beverages promptly.
• Providing Excellent Customer Service: Maintaining a friendly demeanor and addressing customer inquiries and requests.
• Maintaining Cleanliness: Keeping tables, chairs, and the dining area clean and organized.
• Handling Payments: Processing payments and following cash handling procedures.
• Teamwork and Communication: Collaborating with team members for smooth operations.

Qualifications:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Previous experience in the food service is preferred.

Customer reception and assisting them in choosing the right table. Providing a menu of available food and beverages and offering detailed information about ingredients and possible food allergies. Setting up and preparing the tables and ensuring the appropriate number of utensils and water bottles and other table settings. Informing customers about the available offers for that day. Assisting customers and making recommendations on the menu upon request. Participating in selling products when needed. Taking accurate orders of food and drink using the point-of-sale ordering program or ordering coupons. Communicating order details to kitchen staff. Preparing and setting up food and beverage orders. Ensuring the cleanliness of dishes and utensils and sorting them continuously. Arranging and preparing the table and maintaining the appropriate appearance for the restaurant. Delivering checks and all invoices periodically. Monitoring dirty plates and equipment and taking them to the back of the restaurant for organization. Reviewing daily special offers and changes in the menu and specifications. Following health and hygiene safety regulations. Providing exceptional customer service to guests.
