As a Reservations Sales Agent, you will be pivotal in converting enquiries into confirmed bookings while delivering an exceptional and personalized experience to our guests. You will report directly to the Cluster Revenue and Distribution Manager and embody our core values of Respect, Responsibility, Passion, and Collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Understand and anticipate guest needs to provide personalized experiences.
  • Convert enquiries into bookings with a strong sales-oriented attitude.
  • Manage reservations through multiple channels and ensure accuracy in bookings.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of hotel amenities and services.
  • Handle correspondence and respond to guest inquiries promptly.
  • Process adjustments to bookings based on guest requests and hotel policies.
  • Collaborate with Front Office and Sales teams to enhance guest experiences.
Qualifications:
  • Graduate in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or related fields.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic (preferred).
  • Experience with Opera PMS System is an advantage.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • A minimum of 1-year experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
