Knowledge of agarwood products and Eastern perfumes, achieving sales objectives, and representing the identity and brand.

Tasks and Responsibilities:
Receiving customers and providing a comprehensive explanation of agarwood products and perfumes.
Assisting customers in choosing suitable products based on their taste and needs.
Implementing sales strategies and achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Ensuring products are displayed in an organized and attractive manner within points of sale.
Regular follow-ups with customers to strengthen relationships and earn their loyalty.
Recording daily sales and preparing performance reports as needed.
Complying with company policies in customer service and promotional offers.
Contributing to the transfer of customer feedback and preferences to the management and marketing team.

• Preparing marketing campaigns for the restaurants and seasonal promotions.
• Managing social media accounts and content writing.
• Coordinating internal photography (dishes, employees, atmosphere).
• Monitoring interactions and analyzing campaign results.
• Suggesting innovative ideas for enhancing visibility and reach.
• Coordinating with designers and photographers (internal or external).

• Previous experience in marketing or content management (1 year or more).
• Knowledge of social media platforms and modern publishing methods.
• Ability to write marketing texts in an attractive style.
• Preferred: background in photography or design (additional advantage).
• Interactive, organized personality who enjoys innovation.
