The Role of Receptionist

Almarai is seeking a Receptionist to join its team in Makkah, Rabigh, or King Abdullah Economic City. This full-time position involves managing communications and supporting departmental operations. The role is suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience in a similar capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend to and answer incoming telephone and radio calls.
• Communicate effectively with respective departments regarding calls and messages.
• Maintain a detailed log of all outgoing and incoming calls.
• Inform the Shift Manager of any issues relevant to the department.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Diploma or High School qualification.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Receptionist or in a front office role.
• Demonstrated customer-focused approach and good temperament.
• High level of computer proficiency.
• Good communication skills in English.
