Mixing mill operator

About the Role

Multilink Management Consultants is seeking a Mixing Mill Operator for a full-time position in Makkah, specifically within King Abdullah Economic City or Makkah. This role is critical within the tyre manufacturing industry, focusing on the production of Passenger Car Radial (PCR) tyres. The successful candidate will bring hands-on experience in both mixing and mill operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating mixing mills to process materials for PCR tyre manufacturing.
• Ensuring precise mill gap adjustments according to production specifications.
• Managing rubber band formation during the milling process.
• Effectively handling scattered material to maintain operational efficiency and safety.
• Operating various mixer types, including Banbury F305, tangential mixers, HF, or Kobelco models.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in the tyre manufacturing industry.
• Demonstrated hands-on mixing experience is essential.
• A minimum of 2 years of dedicated experience as a Mill Operator is required, in addition to general mixing experience.
• Experience with Passenger Car Radial (PCR) tyre types is mandatory.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in mill gap adjustment.
• Ability to manage rubber band formation effectively.
• Competence in handling scattered material during operations.
• Familiarity with Banbury F305, tangential mixers, HF, or Kobelco mixer systems.

Important Note for Applicants

Candidates must possess specific experience as a Mill Operator. Experience solely with a Banbury mixer does not automatically qualify an applicant for this role. Verification of at least two separate years of hands-on mill operation experience is required.
