About the role:
The holder of this position supervises the enhancement of the role of 'Tarahum' in its region, through a series of roles that focus on developing the resources of the sub-committee and activating the role of service centers for beneficiaries according to the Tarahum strategy and developing partnerships. This also includes supervising the reception of cases that come to the branch and providing services to them.

Responsibilities:
  • Understanding the strategy of 'Tarahum' and participating in developing the executive plan and budget for the branch.
  • Working to achieve the required targets in the strategic plan.
  • Supervising the identification of the branch's needs for programs and projects.
  • Coordinating partnerships to provide programs and projects.
  • Supervising the consolidation of relationships with donors.
  • Supervising the monitoring of the branch's revenues and expenses.
  • Preparing periodic reports on the branch's achievements.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in management or equivalent, preferably a Master's degree.

Required Skills:
  • Team leadership.
  • Analysis and decision-making.
  • High knowledge in Microsoft Suite.
  • Skills in preparing graphical and analytical presentations.
  • Skills in change management.
  • Skills in leading organizations.

Experience:
A minimum of seven years of experience in executive management or as a department manager, with practical experience in similar fields.
