Position Summary:
As a Baker, you will ensure the highest quality of food preparation and presentation while adhering to our culinary standards. Your primary responsibilities include:
  • Preparing and cooking food as per recipes and quality standards.
  • Preparing ingredients for cooking, including portioning and storing.
  • Utilizing baking and measuring tools and equipment safely and effectively.
  • Ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation policies.
  • Monitoring food quality and portion sizes throughout your shift.

In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining the kitchen's safety and cleanliness, reporting any issues to management. You will have the opportunity to create a positive work environment and collaborate with your colleagues to achieve common goals.

Preferred Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or *** equivalent.
Experience: Less than 1-year related work experience.
Supervisory Experience: Not needed.
License or Certification: None required.

Job Summary
