Your Day-to-Day Tasks:

• Manage, coach, and develop a team focused on maintaining exceptional housekeeping and laundry standards.
• Handle complaints and special requests to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Ensure cleanliness of public areas, rooms, suites, equipment, and linen surpass guest expectations.
• Assist with deep cleaning projects and during busy periods to support your team.
• Educate team members on compliance with applicable laws and safety standards.
• Maintain inventory levels, prepare budgets and enhance productivity.

What We Need From You:

• A high school diploma or equivalent with at least one year of housekeeping experience, including some supervisory training or experience.
• Ability to communicate in local languages.

We are looking for a cleaning supervisor with 3 years of experience in administrative operations in the housekeeping field. Your role will be essential in supervising and organizing housekeeping activities in the company's facilities.

Main Responsibilities and Tasks:

• Managing the service schedule. Planning and preparing the schedules for employee duties.
• Supervising employees while they perform their duties such as cleaning floors and restrooms.
• Implementing housekeeping policies and procedures.
• Monitoring the inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Following health, safety, and environmental policies.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or another related field.
• CCNA (Cisco) certification preferred.

• Strong knowledge of health and safety practices.
