About the Guest Services Role

Dallah Al Baraka Group is seeking a Guest Services professional to join their team in Medina. This full-time role is responsible for providing the initial point of contact for guests, ensuring their satisfaction through direct interaction and support. The position is suitable for individuals with 0-1 years of experience in hospitality or a related field.

Role Overview

The Guest Services role focuses on delivering front-line service to guests. This includes managing incoming calls, greeting visitors, and addressing basic inquiries to ensure a positive experience. The individual will contribute to maintaining a welcoming and efficient reception area.

Key Responsibilities

• Adhere to all relevant procedures to ensure consistent and controlled operations.
• Manage daily tasks related to guest services to ensure operational continuity.
• Assist guests with check-in procedures, including greeting, providing keys, and directing them to their rooms.
• Serve as the primary contact for guest inquiries, providing information and assistance.
• Answer incoming phone calls and transfer them to the appropriate departments or individuals.
• Ensure the reception area remains organized and tidy to present a professional image of the hotel.
• Receive and relay messages, identifying urgent matters and facilitating prompt responses.

Qualifications and Experience

• Education: Diploma degree in Administration or Hospitality.
• Experience: 0-2 years of related experience, including on-job training.
