الوصف الوظيفي:
- استلام المواد الأولية وتجهيز وتتبيل وطهي اللحوم والدجاج والأسماك والخضراوات وغيرها من الأطعمة.
- متابعتك لإجراءات تنظيف المطبخ والأدوات تعتبر جزءًا أساسياً من المهام.

المهام الرئيسية:
- استلام وتحضير وطهي الأطعمة بحسب قائمة الطعام.
- تحضير الشوربات وإعداد السلطات والمقبلات الباردة والساخنة.
- سلق وطهي الأطعمة الشرقية.
- تجهيز الأكلات بعد نضوجها وتقديمها بصورة لائقة.
- الإشراف على تنظيف أدوات الطبخ والمحافظة على معايير السلامة والصحة العامة.

المؤهلات:
- البكالوريوس أو الثانوية العامة.
المهارات:
- طهي المأكولات السريعة: مستوى متقدم.
- إعداد الوجبات الغذائية: مستوى متقدم.
- الصحة والسلامة: مستوى متقدم.
- غسل الأطباق: مستوى متقدم.
- اللغة العربية: مستوى متقدم.
- اللغة الإنجليزية: مستوى مبتدئ.
