HR Specialist

About the Role

Saden City Facilities Management is seeking an HR Specialist to join their team in Al Madinah Al Munawwarah, Al Madinah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is responsible for executing and following up on all personnel affairs procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws, and maintaining accurate employee records. The role involves delivering essential HR support across various departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute and follow up on all personnel affairs procedures, including contracts, promotions, transfers, and termination of services.
• Prepare and update both physical and electronic employee files and records.
• Manage medical insurance programs and other employee benefits.
• Monitor, process, and manage invoices, recruitment, and cancellation of outsourced company labor.
• Input and update employee data accurately within HR systems.
• Monitor attendance, leaves, and departures in coordination with relevant departments.
• Support payroll operations by preparing, organizing, and verifying data accuracy.
• Coordinate with Government Relations (PRO) regarding non-Saudi employee matters.
• Apply approved human resources policies and procedures.
• Respond to employee inquiries related to HR systems, regulations, and procedures.
• Prepare periodic reports on human resources operations.
• Ensure data confidentiality and adherence to business ethics and code of conduct.
• Perform any other tasks assigned within the scope of work.

Experience and Qualifications

Candidates for this role should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience in human resources or personnel affairs. The position requires a strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices to ensure compliance and efficient operations.
