Job Title: Human Resources Development Manager

Job Description: Saqia Al-Madina Company for Water is looking for a Human Resources Development Manager to participate in setting goals and plans related to human resources development. You will be responsible for overseeing management activities related to performance, skills development, and career planning.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Develop human resources management goals and implement related programs.
  • Supervise the performance management system and guide the training needs assessment process.
  • Determine the financial and human resource needs of human resources.
  • Prepare reports related to human resources development and present them to senior management.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Management Information Systems or other related disciplines. The required work experience is at least 5 years.

Skills: Development work, management and organization, employee development, supervision and training, report preparation, human resources recruitment, curriculum planning.
