Join Hilton as a Purchasing Manager!
As a key player in our hotel operations, you'll be at the forefront of managing our suppliers and ensuring that we source the best products for our guests. Your role is essential in maintaining high standards and effectively managing our hotel's purchasing needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Negotiate contracts with suppliers, ensuring the best pricing and product quality.
  • Maintain current supplier information and manage our database of active contracts.
  • Adhere to Hilton's quality procedures and oversee purchasing administration.
  • Assist the Finance Manager in drafting the annual budget and maintaining accurate records of commitments.
  • Supervise the store operations and uphold health and safety standards.
  • Prepare accurate month-end accounts reports.

What We're Looking For:
A successful Purchasing Manager should possess:
  • Prior experience in purchasing or procurement.
  • Strong financial knowledge and ability to work with budgets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and good organizational skills.
Experience within the hotel sector and a relevant degree are advantageous.
