As a Purchasing Manager at DoubleTree by Hilton Madinah Gate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Negotiate contracts with suppliers and purchase necessary goods.
  • Maintain accurate records of transactions and vendor performance.
  • Obtain competitive quotations and manage local supplier contracts.
  • Ensure compliance with Hilton’s purchasing procedures and handle purchasing administration.
  • Collaborate with the Finance Manager to develop the annual budget.
  • Supervise store operations, ensuring safety and quality standards are upheld.
  • Monitor purchasing areas including contracts and leases.
  • Prepare monthly accounts reports accurately and on time.

What We Are Looking For:
You should have a blend of skills, experience, and qualities, including:
  • Previous experience in purchasing or procurement.
  • Strong financial acumen and familiarity with budgeting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure.

Advantageous Qualities:
Experience within the hotel or leisure sectors and a relevant degree in finance, accounting, or a related field are preferred.
