Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage local supplier information and contracts.
  • Ensure compliance with Hilton’s quality procedures and purchasing standards.
  • Collaborate with the Finance Manager to draft annual budgets.
  • Maintain record-keeping for budgets and commitments.
  • Supervise stores operations and uphold health and safety protocols.
  • Monitor purchasing activities including contracts and supplier performance.
  • Prepare accurate month-end account reports.

What We Are Looking For:
  • Previous experience in purchasing/procurement.
  • Strong financial background and budget management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure.

It would be advantageous to possess experience in the hotel or leisure sector and a relevant degree in Finance/Accounting or a related field.
