Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage the residential sales strategy for a multi-phase destination development.
- Build and lead a high-performing in-house residential sales team.
- Set performance targets, commission structures, and frameworks for reporting.
- Coordinate sales efforts with marketing campaigns and pricing models.
- Oversee CRM implementation to enhance client experiences.
- Represent the company in meetings with stakeholders and buyers.
- Monitor market dynamics and report on competitor activities.
- Ensure operational excellence across sales execution and compliance.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years in residential real estate sales, with 5+ years in senior leadership.
- Success in managing off-plan sales for large-scale developments.
- Deep understanding of the Saudi Arabian real estate market and buyer behavior.
- Strong leadership skills and proven ability to develop high-performing sales teams.
- Effective communication skills and board-level presence.
- Fluency in Arabic and English is essential.
- Must be willing to relocate to or currently reside in Madinah.
