We are partnering with a private investment group for a landmark destination development in Madinah, Saudi Arabia. This is a career-defining opportunity for an experienced sales professional to lead residential sales successfully.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage the residential sales strategy for a multi-phase destination development.
  • Build and lead a high-performing in-house residential sales team.
  • Set performance targets, commission structures, and frameworks for reporting.
  • Coordinate sales efforts with marketing campaigns and pricing models.
  • Oversee CRM implementation to enhance client experiences.
  • Represent the company in meetings with stakeholders and buyers.
  • Monitor market dynamics and report on competitor activities.
  • Ensure operational excellence across sales execution and compliance.

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 10 years in residential real estate sales, with 5+ years in senior leadership.
  • Success in managing off-plan sales for large-scale developments.
  • Deep understanding of the Saudi Arabian real estate market and buyer behavior.
  • Strong leadership skills and proven ability to develop high-performing sales teams.
  • Effective communication skills and board-level presence.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English is essential.
  • Must be willing to relocate to or currently reside in Madinah.
