Job Summary:
The sales consultant at the exhibition works to effectively and efficiently present products and services to customers, focusing on achieving customer satisfaction and increasing sales. The role requires the ability to interact directly with customers, understand their needs, and provide appropriate solutions.
Main Responsibilities:- Welcoming customers at the exhibition in a professional and friendly manner.
- Providing a thorough explanation of the available products and services, focusing on their features and benefits.
- Identifying customer needs and providing appropriate recommendations based on their requirements.
- Monitoring the achievement of monthly and annual sales targets set.
- Handling customer inquiries and complaints efficiently and promptly to ensure their satisfaction.
- Continuously updating knowledge of products, services, and promotional offers.
- Ensuring products are displayed at the exhibition in an attractive and organized manner.
- Preparing periodic reports on sales and performance and submitting them to management.
- Collaborating with the team to achieve shared sales goals.
- Adhering to the company's policies and procedures regarding sales and customer service.
- Previous experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the exhibition sector.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with customers.
- Negotiation and persuasion skills.
- The ability to work under pressure and achieve goals.
- Familiarity with the basics of computer usage and sales programs.
