About the Role

Sheraton Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Supervisor Systems to join their team in Medina. This full-time role involves providing technical support and guidance for computer software and systems, ensuring smooth operations and efficient problem resolution. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to computer software and systems.
• Provide technical guidance and recommendations to address business problems.
• Analyze, recommend, and implement process improvements for system efficiency.
• Operate computer and peripheral equipment by entering commands and activating controls.
• Troubleshoot, modify, support, manage, and maintain application programs and user accounts.
• Maintain records of daily data communication transactions, problems, remedial actions, and installation activities.
• Train or instruct users on the proper use of hardware or software.
• Manage and coordinate planning, design, operations, maintenance, and resource allocation for telecommunications activities, including client/server support.
• Consult and advise on administrative policies, technical problems, priorities, and methods related to telecommunications.

Team Leadership and Support

• Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, disciplining, motivating, and coaching employees.
• Serve as a role model and the first point of contact for the Guarantee of Fair Treatment/Open Door Policy process.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues and support the team in achieving common goals.
• Listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees.

Operational Compliance and Efficiency

• Follow all company policies and procedures and protect company assets.
• Communicate professionally and clearly with others.
• Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards.
• Identify, recommend, develop, and implement new ways to increase organizational efficiency, productivity, quality, safety, and/or cost-savings.

Physical Requirements and General Duties

• Visually verify information as required.
• Enter and locate information using computers and Point of Sale (POS) systems.
• Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance.
• Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.

Experience and Work Environment

This full-time position is based in Madinah and requires 2-5 years of experience in a relevant systems or IT support role. The Supervisor Systems will work within the Sheraton Hotels & Resorts environment, contributing to the technical stability and efficiency of hotel operations.
