This pivotal role involves overseeing the quality and efficiency of our catering operations during the peak seasons.
Responsibilities:- Supervise all catering operations in the central kitchen and hotels.
- Develop and implement diverse menus catering to various cultures and client needs.
- Coordinate with different teams to ensure the highest quality service delivery.
- Monitor and analyze operational performance to achieve cost-effectiveness.
- Train and manage teams to comply with food quality and safety standards.
- Ensure compliance with health and cleanliness standards in all operations.
- Prepare monthly reports analyzing performance and suggesting continuous improvements.
Qualifications:- 8+ years of experience in food and beverage management, with at least 5 years in Mecca.
- Proven experience during peak seasons (Hajj).
- Strong knowledge of menu development and cost control.
- Ability to work under pressure and effectively manage teams.
- High-level planning, organizing, and decision-making skills.
- Degree in Food and Beverage Management or related fields.
Skills and Certifications:- Recognized certificates in Food and Beverage Management.
- Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Proficient in operational management software and tools.
Note: Previous experience in Mecca during Hajj season is essential, along with a solid background in the industry and the ability to innovate to meet market demands effectively.
