In this role, you will be responsible for setting and defining performance and quality indicators in customer service. You will participate in updating customer service procedures and guidelines and developing programs aimed at enhancing the quality and professionalism of the services provided.

Main Responsibilities:
- Conduct specialized studies and analyses to establish key performance indicators in coordination with the quality department.
- Update customer service procedures and effectively receive and respond to customer requests.
- Develop new programs that ensure meeting customer expectations.
- Analyze information to identify strengths and weaknesses in the customer service system.
- Prepare documentation and reports related to customer service and provide appropriate recommendations.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in related fields such as: marketing communications, public relations, customer service, or executive secretarial.
- Preferably holding certificates such as MCSE, MOS, CCNA.
- Work experience: at least one year.
Required Skills:
- Advanced customer service skills.
- Investigations and quality assurance.
- Report preparation and monitoring.
- Customer experience management.
