The employee will be responsible for organizing appointments, preparing memos, conducting correspondences, attending meetings, and editing minutes. They will also need to prepare and present reports related to employee gathering and company vision.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Organizing the manager/president's appointments and reminding them.
- Handling inquiries and responding to them.
- Delivering mail and correspondence to the manager/president.
- Preparing periodic memos related to the work of internal organizational units.
- Attending meetings and recording and editing meeting minutes.
- Saving documents and files related to the work of the manager/president.
- Preparing and presenting work reports and documenting and saving them.
Requirements:
- Practical experience of no less than 3 years.
- Availability of qualifications such as a bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, management information systems, marketing, or executive secretarial studies.
- Professional certifications such as Microsoft Certified Professional, Microsoft Office Specialist, and PHRi are preferred.
