Join Our Café Team as a Customer Service Representative!
We are seeking a friendly, enthusiastic, and reliable Customer Service Representative to join our café team. In this role, you will provide excellent service to our customers, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere while supporting the daily operations of the café.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet customers warmly as they enter the café and provide assistance as needed.
  • Ensure that orders are prepared accurately and promptly.
  • Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and offer solutions to enhance the customer experience.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, including dining areas and service counters.
  • Handle customer transactions, including cash and card payments, accurately.
  • Promote the café’s menu items, specials, and loyalty programs.
  • Assist in restocking inventory and maintaining stock levels.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth café operations and efficient service.
  • Uphold health and safety standards, ensuring the café meets hygiene regulations.
  • Assist with setting up and cleaning the café before and after service.

Qualifications:
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a café or food service setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • A passion for coffee, food, and creating a positive customer experience.

Preferred Skills:
  • Barista experience or familiarity with coffee-making equipment.
  • Knowledge of café menus and food preparation processes.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

This is a full-time, contract position for a length of 12 months with a pay starting from ﷼400000 per month.
